Personal/customer information such as name(s), payment information, special dates, shipping addresses, billing addresses, social media links, and purchase history are not sold to any other party and kept confidential. Customers using Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or another third party payment are subject to their privacy terms as well as our own.

Return Policy:

1. Simply Perfect Co. offers a 30-day return policy with refund less shipping costs on unused notebooks, journals, cards, and home decorations.
2. Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, Simply Perfect offers a 30-day exchange policy only on earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings with which the customer can return said item(s) and receive a in-store credit less shipping toward another purchase.
3. Please note: All returns must be shipped in good condition as originally received. If your merchandise is damaged when received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by clicking on the Contact Us page, or email us at simplyperfectco@yahoo.com and include your name, mailing address, cell phone number, product description with a description of the damage along with picture(s). We will file a report and contact you with instructions to return the damaged product for a full refund or replacement.
